2008/2009 Dates
September 2...first day (A day)...yes,bring your instruments!
September 9,10,11 Orchestra Tune Up Camp 6:30-8:30pm
September 27: Senior Regionals Audition at Kellam HS
October 10 Homecoming
October 23,24,25,26 Theater Production: Playing for Time (will
involve a small group of female string players)
November 6 Fall Concert (Chamber)
November 14 - 15: Senior Regional Orchestra at Woodside High
School in Newport News
November 15 Arts Camp (for ES kids, run by FC kids)
December 11 Holiday Orchestra Concert (all groups)
January 17-20 Department Trip to Washington DC
January 28-29 Arts Advocacy Nights w/PTSA silent auction
February 26 Orchestra Pre-Fest Concert with Lynnhaven/VB
March 13-14 District II Orchestra Festival
May 7 Senior Spotlight Concert (at FCHS)
June 19/20 Graduation
